Return and refund policy

If the product is in marketable* condition and returned within 7 days with the original invoice, 100% refund will be provided.
If the product is in unmarketable** condition and returned within 7 days, the refund value will be assessed by the Grievance Redressal Officer, and an appropriate refund will be provided.

  • Marketable: Unopened, sealed, and undamaged products.
  • Unmarketable: Opened products with the seal broken.

Exchange
To exchange an unopened, sealed, undamaged, or unused product, return it to the Direct Selling entity with the original invoice within 7 days. Submit the following documents for processing:

Product Return Form
Copy of receipt of goods
Products in original packing and marketable condition
The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the customer. You will bear the cost of shipping the product to the specified location.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed as per the conditions mentioned above and remitted either to your bank account or the original payment instrument. No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Cancellation of Transactions/Orders
By Direct Selling entity: Orders may be canceled due to unavailability of products or other reasons. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
By Consumer/Independent Direct Seller: Orders can be canceled before processing. Once processed, cancellations are not possible. The right to return products at your expense is still available.
